We’re back!

After a way-too-long hiatus, we’re resurrecting the Christian Professional blog (I promise to take better care of it this time).

Since our last post, I’ve learned an important lesson: You can’t know everything and you can’t do everything. Get help.

It isn’t always easy for business leaders to delegate control, which means there are far too many of us pouring our time and resources into areas we’re horrible at. (Like accountants designing Web sites or writing marketing copy. Yikes.)

Investing on experts is often wiser than feeding time and money into your weaknesses. Because after all that money and time, they’re still going to be your weaknesses.

Dale Gramith, the self-proclaimed “Time Shaver,” posts similar thoughts here. Amen, brother.
