Bigger Than Best Practices

What would you do if your business was the only vehicle to change the world?

Take a look at this thought-provoking video by Brett Johnson and the good folks at InsideWork. Brilliant.

  1. This is brilliant! I remember meeting with some Christian co-workers a while back and talking about what it meant to us to be Christians. We agreed at that time that it was more important for us to be Christians first, rather than “Dan is a Trainer” (or whatever your job is). The perspective that we tried to hold each other accountable to was, “Dan is a Christian, who also happens to be a Trainer.” This was one of the moments in my job that caused me to consider doing my “management by God” blog.

This video reminds me a lot of that important perspective. As Christians we should be regularly asking ourselves the questions presented here. It is easy to forget sometimes, but so important that our vision and focus is on doing these things…

    Great post! Thanks for sharing!

  2. This is so wonderful, Andrea! I’m reeling a bit, and my mind is going a hundred directions.

Where can my assets meet the greatest need? It’s a big difference from the normal question I ask of where do my assets have the greatest market value!

  3. Thanks for the visit, guys! I’m glad the video inspired you as it inspired me.
